Humanity’s Healing
Share
A poem
Elegant powers
Swing high and swing low
No dried-out choirs
The chores made us grow
Replenishing nature
Bloom small and bloom tall
No burdened creature
The fall dismantled it all
In winter’s grace
Novel distance has come
Pushing humanity’s daze
To abandon the sun
But listen tight!
Hold on strong!
Faith is not lost!
Merely hidden by wrong
Beliefs of the ego
Pain of the earth
Measuring love
By the phallic girth
Humanity’s blood
Has been shed for so long
Why does humanity not create a new song?
Why does society only cherish the fake?
Why does humanity not strike a new gong?
Why does society not love for heavenly sake?
Has the blood not been spilled enough?
It has been spilled for so long…
Come back to the pure
Let us sing like a child
For all heavens endure
And heaven is mild
With spring comes summer
With summer comes dawn
The gates have opened
Rebirthing the fawn
With rebirth comes life
Sees death no more
With life comes love
Nudges the lion to roar
With hope redrawn
The poetry sewn
Fabrics of matter
Transcending the bone
Dispelling the fright, no tragic demeanor
Amending the night, fear’s waist getting leaner
Commending the day, depression lost meaning
Respelling the fay, humanity’s healing
