All 1:1 sessions must be booked in advance through our website. A session is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
2. Delivery of Session
Sessions are conducted online via video call (e.g. Google Meet). The access link will be provided after booking and/or via email before the scheduled session.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Failure to attend the session (no-show) will result in full loss of payment.
4. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability.
5. Late Attendance
If you join late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. No refunds or extensions will be provided for late arrivals.
6. Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have:
a stable internet connection
a functioning device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
working audio/video capabilities
We are not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side.
7. Technical Issues (Host Side)
If the session cannot take place due to technical problems on our side, the session will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
8. Recording & Privacy
Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties. Any shared personal information will be treated confidentially.
9. Personal Responsibility
The session is intended for educational/creative purposes. Results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
10. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a session in cases of inappropriate behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
